Don Fleming graduated from California State University in Los Angeles with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. He held executive positions in sales, marketing and public relations in the highly competitive airline industry.

Don was a business consultant before becoming a Realtor. His unique skills have transferred most effectively into real estate for helping clients get the best possible price in a home transaction.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Warner Ridge Beach Association, the New Milford Lake Community in which he lives with his wife, Linda. While actively involved with lake affairs and fully knowledgable about real estate in lake communities, his expertise extends to all types of residential real estate.

His real estate success in Southern Litchfield and Northern Fairfield Counties has earned Don Century 21 awards for top sales achievement and quality customer service during 2007.
